SHIPMENT AND RETURN POLICY
Delivery time & shipping costs
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 14.00 hour, we try to ship the same day. However, we do not always succeed in this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. If for any reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The prices listed do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart based on amount, weight and postal address.
Reflection period/return
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like to have the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the order amount excluding shipping costs. The costs for returning the product from your home to Alltracks are for your own account.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Alltracks with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. To make use of this right you can contact us. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of value to you. So treat the product with care and make sure it is well packaged when returning.
Want to exchange a product?
Do you want to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. You can contact us for that. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product. The shipping costs for the new product will not be charged.

Did you accidentally enter a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change the order for you.
